Tent Theatre

Tent theatres are – by definition – “Circus Tents inside which theatre shows are held”. However, this is only partly true because in the course of decades to us – as Canobbio Textile – the concept of Tent Theatre has been developed in all its aspects to make these structures highly functional and performing.

At Canobbio Textile, our tent theatres are in all respects a Theatre under a textile structure that can be travelling, therefore more resembling a Chapiteau, or permanent and therefore with characteristics similar to tensile structures.
Tuscany Hall in Florence Pala Fenice in Venice, the Tent Theatre of the famous travelling show CATZ, the latest innovative and futuristic LUNAR DOME in the United States to name but a few. All our structures are designed and built to guarantee maximum internal environmental, acoustic and visual comfort for a theatre show.
